The Brittany are has a fine assortment of lobster, crayfish and mussels. Normandy in the north has a wonderful selection scallops, and sole. Normandy also has many great fruit trees, especially apple trees that allow them to have wonderful baked goods as well as ciders. Burgundy and Bordeaux are known for the finest of wines. This region is also home to Dijon mustard famous served with many French food. This area is also known for fine poultry, river pike and many sweet treats.
